ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 774-Z Amendinq Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of ALBION 9M The Dane County Poard of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the C-1 Commercial D i s t r i c t the following described land: Part of the N 1/2 of Section 8, Town of Albion, described as follows: TO C-1: Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Section 8; thence S 01° 01' W, 519.67 feet along the East line of said Section 8; thence N 88° 52' W, 46.98 feet; thence S 01° 08' W, 229.00 feet; thence S 88° 52' E, 17.00 feet; thence S 01° 08' W, 191.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 880 52' W, 424.25 feet; thence S 01° 08' W, 688 feet more or less, to the South line of the North 7.6 acres of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section 8; thence Easterly along said South line, 458 feet more or less, to the East line of the NE 1/4 of paid Section 8; thence N 010 01' E, 649 feet more or less, along said East line; thence N 88° 52' W, 33 feet more or less, to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of -Deeds.
