ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3266 <br />Amfl-ndinq Set:t,lon lo.03 reintinq to /ontnq Di_%V1Ci.s in the flown of <br />PLEAUANT SITIH0 <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Pleasant Springs, described <br />as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 21, thence N 87° <br />17' 50" E, 889.78 feet to the point of beginning of this description. Thence <br />N 170 10' 20" E, 736.57 feet; thence N 56° 49' 40" W 153.19 feet; thence N 23° <br />51' 44" E 279.44 feet; thence S 651 14' 10" E 182.30 feet; thence S 171 10' 20" <br />W 1008.33 feet; thence S 87° 17' 50" W 70.18 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded.
