ZONWI ORDWV CE AMENDMENT N0. 3286 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />YORK <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of _York be amended <br />to include in the c -a commercial district <br />the following described land: <br />part of the <br />SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 15 Town of York described as follows: <br />Commencing <br />at the Northwest corner <br />of <br />said Section 15; thence South 1556.0 feet <br />on the West <br />line of the NW 1/4 to <br />the <br />point of beginning; thence continue South <br />253.0 feet <br />along the West line of <br />the <br />NW 1/4; thence East 354.0 feet; thence North <br />253.0 feet; <br />thence West 354.0 feet <br />to <br />the West line of the NW 1/4 of Section 15 <br />and the point <br />of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br />within 90 days: of it..-, approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified <br />survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the <br />Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days cf its adoption by the County <br />Eoard of Supervisors, the owcer or owners of the land shall record the following <br />restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: <br />1) .
