XNWj ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3289 <br />Amending Section 10.03 gelating to Zoning Districts in the ToAn of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Tom of Cottage Grove <br />t0 include in the R-1 Residential <br />the following described land: <br />be amended <br />district <br />Part of the NE 1/4 N[? 1/4 of Sect ion 32, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br />follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NE 1/4 NL I/4; thence S 00° <br />16' 41" E along the West line of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4, 130 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning. Thence continue S 00° 16' 41" E along said West line 200 feet; thence <br />N 890 43' 19" E, 180 feet: thence N 00° 16' 41" W, 200 feet; thence S 89° 43' 19" <br />W, 180 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded.
