ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO, 3291 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Tan of <br />PLEASANT SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Twin of P1. springs be amended <br />to include in the —P -1A Residential district <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the N 1/2 <br />SE 1/4 <br />of Section <br />32 Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br />Commencing at the <br />East one quarter <br />corner <br />of said Section 32; thence N 90° 00' 00" <br />W, 1,253.54 feet; <br />thence <br />S 00° 00' <br />00" W, <br />113.00 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence continuing <br />S 000 <br />00' 00" W, <br />197.38 <br />feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" W, 362.79 feet; <br />thence N 00° 00' <br />00" W, <br />1Ej7.38 feet <br />to the <br />Southerly right-of-way line of CTH B; <br />thence N 90° 00' <br />00" E, <br />362.79 feet <br />to the <br />point of beginnings <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for appro-val and reccrdcd.
