ZONNG ORDINANCE A FgTvfNr N0. 3293 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MADISON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison <br />to include in the R-2 Residential <br />the following described land: <br />be amendea <br />district <br />Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 27 and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 34 Town of <br />Madison described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section <br />34; thence S 89° 43' 01" E, 808.90 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N 18° <br />04' 47" W, 4.05 feet; thence N 74° 34' 08" E, 174.92 feet; thence S 15° 26' 59" <br />E; thence S 59° 09' 30" W, 60.46 feet; thence N 77° 57' 51" W, 198.70 feet; thence <br />N 15° 33' 11" W, 211.40 feet; thence S 890 30' 57" E, 62.57 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />he prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br />within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified <br />,survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the <br />Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />EFFECTIVE: NOV 9 198+5 <br />#545-11 (2/78) <br />
