ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 3307 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />WINDSOR <br />The Dane County Board o f Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor <br />to include in the C-2 Commercial <br />the following described land: <br />be amended <br />district <br />Part of the. SW 1/4 SW 3/4 of Section 32, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br />Commencing at the South one quarter corner of Section 32, thence N 00° 06' 23" <br />W 176 feet to the North right-of-way of ST11 19; thence"S 89° 34' W 1320.19 feet <br />to the point of beginning; thence N 00° 06' 23" E 550 feet; thence S 89° 34' West <br />400 feet; thence S 00° 06' 23" W 595.11 feet to the North right-of-way line of <br />STH 19; thence N 83" 02' E 371.9 feet; thence N 89' 34' E 30.8 feet more or less <br />to the point of beginning. , <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective if <br />within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified <br />survey map that describes the land to be re -zoned is recorded in the Office of the <br />Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />Must be recorded by- January 8, 1985 - CSM ##4517 - DOCUMFIVf #1856493 - Volume 19, <br />Page 268. <br />EFFECTIVE: <br />
