ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3311 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />SUN PRAIRIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie <br />to include in the R-1 Residential & RH-4 Rural Homes <br />the following described land: <br />be amended <br />district <br />Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br />V-) is - i : (onunonci 11(3 at t he F,1:,l guru t (,r cOr.n(•r; Ilion( o South 500 mare or le:,s feet <br />along the bast line of Section 32, thence West 1050 more or less feet parallel to <br />the East-West quarter line to the point of beginning. Thence continue West 300 <br />more or less feet thence South 750 more or less along the West right-of-way line of <br />Alvin Road; thence East 300 more or less feet along the North right-of-way line of <br />CIH TT; thence North 750 more or less feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-4: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner; thence South 500 feet along the East line of <br />Section 32, to the point of beginning. Thence West 1150 feet parallel to the East- <br />West quarter line, thence South 750 feet parallel to the right-of-way of Alvin Road; <br />thence East 1150 feet along the North line of CTH TT; thence North 700 feet along <br />the East line of Section 32 to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval .and recorded.
