Page l Qf l
Scribner, Norb
From: Steve Lathrop [slathrop@combssurvey.com]
Sent: Tuesday, September 26, 2006 1:50 PM
To: Scribner, Norb
Subject: Transfer of land between adjoining owners
Norb,
I have a few questions concerning enlarging an existing parcel in Section 2-5-12. We are proposing to enlarge an existing 2 acre parcel,
currently zoned a-2 (1) by approximately 2.5 acres to become an approximate 4.5 acre parcel. The proposed new lot line is to be the southern
most waters edge of the creek. The 2.5 cares is coming off of a 37 to 38 acre parcel, currently zoned a-1ex. I have faxed to you a map
showing what is being proposed. My questions are:
1) What rezoning needs to take place?
2) Is a certified survey map required?
3) Is a rezone on the larger parcel that were taking land off required?
4) What other steps would be required and would there be any other conditions of approval. I see this as a transfer of land between adjoining
owners.
Steve Lathrop, R.L.S.
Combs & Associates
109 W.
