Norb, <br />I have a few questions in regards to 2 properties. Both the properties in question are or <br />were owned by Walter Maurer, he split them back in 1994. <br />The 3.5 acres Parcel number 051226291804 CSM he sold in 1994 CSM states a private <br />access easement to the property to the east. <br />I want to buy approximately 1 acre of land from Walter Maurer existing acreage which is <br />outlined in blue ink on the plot plan, his existing acreage is high lighted in blue, Parcel <br />number 051226291617, how ever, there isn't any frontage to a pubic road for the portion <br />of land that we want, which I believe is required, but I believe the CSM from parcel <br />051226291804 grants us this access. <br />Does the private access easement Parcel number 051226291804 qualify as an access <br />point?
