I informed them that the parcel is a legal non- <br />conforming parcel and a building could be constructed. They would have none of it. <br />I would appreciate your verifying the legal status of this parcel. <br />It is presently zoned Ag-1 exclusive and I am amending my petition seeking a change to <br />R-1.
