M � ` <br />November 5, 2005 <br />To: Norb Scribner <br />Land Review Officer <br />Dane County Planning and Development, Room 116 <br />210 Martin Luther King Ave. <br />Madison, WI 53703 <br />From Michael and Sandra Smith and Gretchen and David Skoloda <br />Re: Dane County land parcel number 0908-032-9700-3 <br />Dear Mr. Scribner, <br />We are seeking to know what we can build on the above parcel of land <br />which we purchased by land contract dated June 27, 1978 and recorded <br />June 27, 1978 in Volume 964 of Records at page 264 as document <br />number 1579060. <br />At the time of purchase, we had a perc test done by Meade construction <br />of Lodi and registered the results. At that time, the parcel met all <br />requirements for a buildable lot and we understand that it is <br />grandfathered as such under county and town ordinances. <br />During the time we have owned it, we have built and maintained a road <br />for access. <br />We would like written documentation from you regarding what can be <br />built on this property. We understand that we would have to apply for a <br />building permit from the Town of Dane. <br />If you have any questions regarding this, please contact me at <br />gskol@earthlink.net or call at 608-781-7502. <br />A copy of the survey that was done when we purchased the land is <br />enclosed. <br />I have enclosed two stamped, self-addressed envelopes.
