Dane County Planning & Development
Room 116, City -County Building, Madison, Wisconsin 53709 Land Division Review
608/266-9086
February 25, 2003
Stuart Utley
First Weber Group Realtors
7979 Greenway Blvd.
Middleton, Wisconsin 53562
Re: # 071217485501 & # 071217399408
SE1/4 S17 T7N R12E
Town of Deerfield
Dane County
Dear Mr. Utley:
It is apparent that the subject tax parcel designations, describe a single legal entity
of 27.00 acres, which was created prior to the effective date of the Dane County
Land Division Regulations. Accordingly, this parcel can be separately conveyed, at
this time, without a Dane County certified survey map approval. Any division of
this 27.00 acres will require a Dane County certified survey map approval, together
with a change in zoning classification.
Two separate tax parcels exist because the 27.00 acres is described within two
distinct 40 acre tracts. Tax description does not create separate legal parcel status.
Sincerel
Norbert Scribner, Land Division Review
cc: Alan J. Merkow
Clerk, Town of Deerfield
Enclosure:
