My clients are intending to sell a <br />14.677 acre parcel of real estate located in the Town of Deerfield. A recent survey by <br />Wisconsin Mapping of Deerfield is attached. The parcel abuts the bike trail and is otherwise <br />landlocked. I have requested parcel numbers from the buyers, Randall and Laura Zakowski, <br />who reside at 1067 Zechzer Road, Deerfield. This will give me the legals to demonstrate that <br />the Zakowskis do, in fact, own the land abutting my clients' landlocked parcel.
