Any division of this 37.52 acres land parcel will require a change in <br />zoning classification, together with a Dane County certified survey map approval. <br />The current zoning of the subject parcel is A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive). The <br />minimum parcel size in the A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) District is 35 acres.
