I'll tell you where the property is and that should make it easier for you to figure out Exhibit A and respond to the questions in my earlier email below. The property is owned by Eduard Straubhaar and is located in Section 12, Town of Medina. On Exhibit A, "north" is to the right. Our client is intending to buy the 85.6 acre parcel shown on Exhibit A, together with an easement going over the railroad tracks to connect to Canal Road.
