Prior to closing on the property, I am in need of verification that it will be a buildable parcel. <br />I spoke with Dave on 6/28/99 and after reviewing the plat book, he stated he believed the parcel to be <br />legal but not conforming to the current regulations of 35 acre minimum parcel. Initial information <br />revealed that the parcel was created prior to 1980. I am requesting your assistance in making a written <br />determination as to the status of this property and whether it is/is not a buildable parcel and what the <br />zoning classification will be. Please find enclosed a tentative site plan and other pertinent information. <br />Address: 5401 Box Elder Road, Town of Medina <br />Tax ID #: 18-0812-243-8090-2 <br />Zoned: A-1 exclusive <br />Home site: Approx. 100' west/southwest of existing home site <br />(current home and all outbuildings to be removed by seller prior to closing) <br />Home style: Single family dwelling, 3 bedroom, 2 bath. <br />The +/- 20 acres includes approx. 12 acres woods/ 6 acres tillable/ 2 acres pasture.
