Wayne <br />received title to Lot 1 in 1978. <br />Parcel 036/0812-272-8570-6 was deeded to Wayne on September 14, 1998 as document <br />number 3018378. <br />I would appreciate your verifying the legal status of both parcels. In particular, is parcel <br />8570-6 a legal non -conforming parcel wherein Wayne would be able to construct a <br />residence even though it is zoned Ag-1 exclusive? <br />Please review and advise. <br />Thank you. <br />Very ours, <br />D.
