The westerly portion of the former US <br />Highway 12 & 18 is currently a Town of Christiana roadway. The easterly portion should be (if <br />not) vacated. The blue represents the current location of U.S. Highway 12 and 18. The orange <br />outline represents a parcel of real estate Ms. Gjermo (Lloyd Gjermo estate) owned prior to the <br />new roadway. (parcel 016-0612-031-8211-5) The green represents a parcel formerly part of the <br />orange parcel and now a separate parcel north of US 12 & 18 and south of her existing <br />residential lots. (part of old parcel 016-0612-031-8211-5) <br />Ms. Gjermo owns all of the land north of old US Highway 12 & 18 <br />I am unsure whether the green parcel has been assigned a parcel number. Would you be able to <br />check this out? <br />Consistent with Majid's letter, I am submitting a request that you determine the legal status of <br />part of parcel 016-0612-031-8211-5 identified in green. <br />Very truly y urs, <br />Michael D.
