Accordingly, the subject parcels <br />can be separately conveyed and utilized as building sites at this time without <br />a certified survey map approval and without a change in zoning classification. <br />The parcels are both zoned A-1 Agriculture. A single family residence is a <br />permitted use in the A-1 Agriculture District.
