It is <br />apparent that with the recording of a warranty deed in R8823/21, Dane County <br />Registry, a land division has been created without the required certified <br />survey map approval. Accordingly, it will be necessary to have a certified <br />survey map, describing the subject property, approved and recorded in order to <br />correct this illegal parcel status.
