Dane County Planning & Development
Room 116, City -County Building, Madison, Wisconsin 53709
October 27, 2003
Theiler Living Trust
7246 Valley View Road
Verona, Wisconsin 53593
Re: # 070828491901
SE1/4 S28 T7N R8E
Town of Middleton
Dane County
Gentlepeople:
Land Division Review
608/266-9086
It is apparent that the subject land parcel, described as Lot 1, Certified Survey Map
# 1338, was properly created as a separate legal entity in accordance with the
provisions of the Dane County Land Division Regulations. Accordingly, this single
parcel can be separately conveyed at this time without a Dane County certified
survey map approval. Any division of this parcel will require a certified survey
map, prepared by a registered land surveyor. This certified survey map will require
the approvals of the Town of Middleton and Dane County.
The subject parcel consists of 4.75 net acres, and is currently zoned A-1 Agriculture
District. A-1 Agriculture Zoning requires a minimum of 5 net acres for any
agricultural uses to be permitted. As the raising of a horse is defined as an
agricultural use, horses are not permitted on this 4.75 acres parcel.
ti
Si
Norbert Scribner, Land Division Review
cc: Stark Real Estate
Clerk, Town of Middleton
Enclosure:
