Dane County Planning & Development
Room 116, City -County Building, Madison, Wisconsin 53709
October 29, 2004
Dale Rosenthal
Restaino, Bunbury & Associates
7701 Mineral Point Road
Madison, Wisconsin 53717
Re: # 070830274669
NW1/4 S30 T7N R8E
Town of Middleton
Dane County
Dear Mrs. Rosenthal:
Land Division Review
608/266-9086
It is apparent that the subject land parcel, correctly described as Lot # 4, Dane
County Certified Survey Map # 2753, was properly created as a separate legal entity
in accordance with the provisions of the Dane County Land Division Regulations.
Accordingly, this parcel can be separately conveyed, at this time, without a further
Dane County certified survey map approval. The subject parcel is currently zoned
R-1 Residence District. One single family residence is a permitted use.
S.10.04(1)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances provides that "there shall not be
more than one principal building on a lot."
Any division of the subject 2.67 acres parcel will require a Dane County certified
survey map approval.
The issue of property assessment is the responsibility of others.
Sincerely,
Norbert Scribner, Land Division Review
cc: Helen H. Whitman-Obert
Clerk, Town of Middleton
Enclosure:
