Scribner, Agent <br />As requested, I have reviewed the -proposed Schmitz - <br />Powless property conveyances with respect to the <br />application of the Dane County Land Division ane <br />Subdivision Regulations (Chapter 75 of the Dane County <br />Code of Ordinances). It is certain that two distinct <br />legal entities currently exist for the purposes of any <br />subdivision control ordinances that may apply (note <br />F286/492 & F295/381, Dane County Registry). Accordingly, <br />modifications to the established lot boundaries could <br />be made pursuant to s.236.45(2)(a)3., Wisconsin Statutes. <br />It is my understanding that the Schmitz - Powless <br />conveyances will be consistent with this provision, <br />therefore a certified survey approval will not he <br />required in order to accomplish this transaction. <br />Please call with additional cuestions. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Norbert Scribner <br />authorized representative <br />Enclosure: <br />
