Scribner, Agent <br />As requested, I have reviewed the -proposed Schmitz - <br />Powless property conveyances with respect to the <br />application of the Dane County Land Division ane <br />Subdivision Regulations (Chapter 75 of the Dane County <br />Code of Ordinances). It is certain that two distinct <br />legal entities currently exist for the purposes of any <br />subdivision control ordinances that may apply (note <br />F286/492 & F295/381, Dane County Registry).
