Accordingly, <br />in order to correct this illegal zoning parcel status a change in zoning classification <br />is required. In the alternative the 11.5 acres parcel can be conveyed to Edgar <br />Tachon, provided that Edgar Tachon continues to own more than 35 net acres of <br />land which continues to be zoned A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive). <br />The 11.5 acres zoning parcel cannot be retained by Steven E. Tachon & Mary Lynn <br />Tachon without a change in zoning classification. The 11.5 acres parcel cannot be <br />conveyed to a third party without a change in zoning classification.
