We stopped by the County Planning & <br />Zoning Office to review the status of this parcel. It is apparent that the parcel you referenced <br />in your letter from 2003 actually now consists of two separate parcels: 042/0509-062-8501-0 <br />and 042/0509-062-8051-0. One of these parcels is a small sliver of land located in the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (042/0509-062-8501-0) while the majority of <br />the parcel is located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of this section <br />(042/0509-062-8051-0). <br />Apparently, after conveyance by Warranty Deed of the land depicted in the Warranty <br />Deed, document number 3843664 (copy also enclosed), it came to the attention of the tax <br />property lister that this separate strip existed and is apparently owned by a different person <br />than the grantor in the Warranty Deed. <br />Our question for you is whether or not your letter of October 2, 2003, is still accurate <br />with respect to that portion of the property located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Madison I Janesville <br />
