Accordingly, this parcel can be separately <br />conveyed, at this time, without a Dane County certified survey map approval, and <br />without a change in zoning classification, pursuant to S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County <br />Code of Ordinances. <br />Norbert Scribner, Land Division Review <br />cc: Lynda L.
