Scribner, Norb
From: Robert Hartung [hartlandrealty@yahoo.comj
Sent: Monday, March 10, 2008 5:16 PM
To: Scribner, Norb
Cc: JohnH©hartungbrothers.com
Subject: Lot 2 of CSM 9288
Hi Norbert
I stopped by your office today with a note and a copy of a land split affidavit. Bob
Shaughnessy from Preferred Title in Madison recommended that I contact you. He spoke very
highly of you as a professional. My name is Robert Hartung and I am inquiring about land
division rights that were passed onto the buyer's, (John and Sally Hartung) of parcel number
070710286016 (Lot 2 of CSM 9288). John and Sally Hartung would like to use the land split
granted to them by the sellers, Edwin and William Rodenschmit of Cross Plains WI. It is our
understanding that the Dane County Planning and Development Land Division Review Board
is in charge of the actual "land splits". What we need to know is this, What is the next step or
steps that John and Sally need to take to accomplish their goal of splitting this parcel? The
parcel size is currently 26.774 acres and was surveyed by Thom R. Grenlie (Registration
Number S1051) on April 22nd 1999. John had sent a request to the Town Board of Cross
Plains which included a copy of the Offer to Purchase and an affidavit from the sellers, (Ed and
William Rodenschmit) indicating their wish to transfer (1) of their land splits that had previously
been granted to them, to John and Sally Hartung. John and Sally have not had any response
from the town board as yet. Please advise.
Thank you,
Robert Hartung
Hartland Realty LLC
Cell: 608-469-2401
Fax: 608-839-3722
mailto:hartlandrealty(cyahoo.com
3/11/2008
