It is apparent that the subject 6.68 acres land parcel was properly <br />created as a separate legal entity in accordance with the provisions of the Dane <br />County Land Division Regulations, and prior to the effective date of A-1 <br />Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of Primrose.
