Dane County Planning & Development
Room 116, City -County Building, Madison, Wisconsin 53709 Land Division Review
608/266-9086
May 20, 2005
Dennis L. Harried
270 Highway N
Edgerton, Wisconsin 53534
Re: # 051126393509
SW1/4 S26 T5N R11E
Town of Dunkirk
Dane County
Dear Dennis L. Harried:
It is apparent that the subject land parcel, described in D572/499, Dane County
Registry, was properly created as a separate legal entity prior to the applicable
effective date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations, and prior to the
effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of Dunkirk.
Accordingly, this parcel can be separately conveyed, at this time, without a Dane
County certified survey map approval, and without a change in zoning
classification, pursuant to S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances.
As # 05112639500 is a land parcel of greater than 35 net acres, the only residential
uses permitted without a change in zoning classification would require compliance
with the farm income specifications described in the enclosure. Thank you for your
anticipated patience and for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Norbert Scribner, Land Division Review
cc: Clerk, Town of Dunkirk
Dane County Highway Department
Enclosure:
