They now wish to purchase the adjoining 10 acres, which would be legally <br />described as the West'/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Dunkirk. <br />Pursuant to your land division ordinance, would it be necessary for these adjoining property <br />owners to obtain a plat of survey?
