Print htp://us.fM3.maiLyahoo.conildc/1aunch?actionweIcorne&YY39.
From: tiffany olson
To: schutte@co.dane.wi.us
Date: Tuesday, November 28, 2006 4:08:43 PM
Subject: Variance questions
Dear Ms. Schutte:
I wastold. to contact you by the town of Dunkirk regarding a variance for a driveway easement.
Justin Engelhart is listed on the deed in Stoughton (886 US Hwy. 51) and his property has an
easement (Deed#3738280 & easement 3722521). I am writing on his behalf. He owns the property
and I live here as well.
The concern is there is a developer that is interested in purchasing a land locked property frotn Rose
Schroder (1.997 acres) behind our home/outbuilding and land. The easement on the deed is 12 feet
wide by approx. 102 feet long. There is only 13 total feet between our metal outbuilding and the
adjacent lot line. The developer may be seeking a variance against the 66 foot right of way needed for
a shared driveway.
I have attached the layout of the easement/driveway and as you can see there is not enough room for a
shared driveway and this proposed driveway would be over a current septic area.
Justin and 1 would like to be notified if the developer has requested a hearing with the board of
adjustments We would like to be there to represent our property and concerns at that time. How could
we find out when and if this hearing about the variance regarding our property will take place?
You may contact me either via email or telephone at 608-558-3674 (cell) or 608-205-2.299 (home).
Thank you for your time.
, Sincerely,
Tiffany Olson
1 of 2 1 I a8/2006 4:38 PM
