See <br />attachments from Scott. <br />With this being said, the "punch list" of things you wanted Moore Surveying and <br />myself to do to clean up Rose Schroeters' mess, should be corrected. We would not <br />need Paul Algrem to sign off on our CSM as he needs to get a CSM himself. <br />I found out when Pauls' sister in law purchased the 9 A. it was from Toso's. The <br />sister in law got title and insurance and whether or not the County approved this, is <br />unknown to me. I just know, Paul has his own issues to deal with as his land is not <br />of our concern since he does indeed have driveway access and his parcel would NOT <br />be land locked. <br />We are under the gun with a statute of limitations against Rose until Mid -May, so if <br />you could put this on HIGH priority, I would really appreciate it.
