The easement on the deed is 12 feet
wide by approx. 102 feet long. There is only 13 total feet between our metal outbuilding and the
adjacent lot line. The developer may be seeking a variance against the 66 foot right of way, needed for
a shared driveway.
I have attached the layout of the easement/driveway and as you can .sew there is not enough mom for a
shared driveway and this proposed driveway :would be over a current septic area.
Justin and I would lily to be notified if the developer has requested a hearing with the board of
adjustments. We would like to be there to represent.. our property and concerns at that time. }low could
we;foldout when and if this hearing about the variance regarding our property will take. place?
You may contact :m a either via email or telephone at 8-558.3674 (cell) or 608-205-2299 (home).
Thank you for your time:
, Sincerely,.
Tiffany Olson
1 of 1:1/28/2006:4:38 PM
