Radel <br />Registered Land Surveyor <br />7340 Darlin Court, Unit 12 • Dane, WI 53529 <br />Tel: (608) 849-8116 • Fax: (608) g50-411 5 <br />September 9, 2005 <br />Mr. Scribner, <br />My Client, -Dennis and Donna Laufenberg, have asked me to request from you <br />the legal status or legal buildable status of the property that they own. <br />The originaIparcel was created back in the 1950s ( I believe ), they added <br />land by description about nine years age. The two parcels are both zoned <br />A-1 exclusive and are both described by metes and bounds descriptions. <br />The Laufenberg's house was destroyed by the Tornado in August of this year. <br />They are applying for a variance so that they could rebuild on the same <br />foundation that currently is located too close to the Town Road right of way. <br />This is one option they are considering. <br />I have included some parcel information for you, I hope this helps. <br />If this parcel status is determined to be an illegal parcel, we would wish <br />to apply for a rezone and csm by the September deadline date of Sept. 15th. <br />Sorry for the short notice.
