Quam's Park in Section 25, <br />Town of Dunn. It has 25.5 feet frontage on the lake, 30 feet frontage on Quam Drive and <br />is 132 feet deep. A cottage on the property has a footprint of 560 SF. <br />It's reported to have been under the same ownership since at least 1955: <br />1. Is this substandard lot a legal parcel and could the structure be rebuilt if <br />demolished or otherwise destroyed? <br />2. The adjacent owner at 3318 Quam Drive owns an identical size lot which is also <br />part of Lot 26 and is improved with a nearly identical cottage.
