Accordingly, these <br />parcels can each be separately conveyed at this time without certified survey map <br />approvals, and without changes in zoning classifications. # 0610-232-1456-5 is not a <br />valid separate legal parcel, and it can only be conveyed or utilized in conjunction <br />with a contiguous parcel which enjoys a valid legal status.
