They <br />intend for the division to split both the 20,000 square foot lot and the existing building <br />approximately into halves. The building is in a non-sewered subdivision and shares a <br />well. This issue is not specifically addressed in the tows land use plan. Does the <br />county allow existing duplexes and their lots to be divided this way? Your comment <br />on the request would be appreciated. <br />
