It is apparent that the subject parcel has been separately <br />described since at least 11/12/63 with the recording of a warranty deed <br />in Volume 768 at Page 298, and subsequently with the recording of a <br />another warranty deed in R1104 at Page 367, Dane County Registry. <br />Accordingly, the subject parcel enjoys a non -conforming status with <br />respect to the Dane County Land Division & Subdivision Regulations, <br />and with respect to s.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br />Please call with additional questions regarding this matter. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Norbert Scribner <br />Authorized Representative <br />Enclosure: <br />
