CCADMPEADUCLVMMAAMUN <br />County of Dane <br />DATE: 11/17/88 <br />TO: <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS <br />FROM: Norb Scribner, Land Division Review <br />SUBJECT: <br />Application # 1785 <br />The subject parcels were separately described in a warranty deed recorded <br />7/11/46 in Volume 481 at Page 460, Dane County Registry. Subsequent <br />recordings have retained this separate identity. Accordingly, the subject <br />parcels can be separately conveyed without a certified survey map approval. <br />Boundary adjustments are provided for in accordance with S.236.45(2)(a)3., <br />Wisconsin Statutes, provided that the resulting lots or parcels are not <br />reduced below the minimum sizes required by applicable laws or ordinances. <br />S.75.19(6)(c), Dane County Code of Ordinances requires a minimum of 10,000 <br />square feet of lot area and a minimum of 75 feet of lot width with respect <br />to the parcels described by application # 1785. These minimums can be <br />waived by action of the Dane County Agriculture, Environment & Land Records <br />Committee, pursuant to S.75.21, Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br />cc: Mr. John Roidt <br />
