She has given me copies of some survey <br />plats (enclosed), but at 90 years old with fading memory, she doesn't know if they are in effect or <br />why they exist. It is probable she will need to go to a nursing home in the very near future and we <br />will be forced to sell the property. I need to know what we have, before I can offer it for sale. <br />Since the employees on duty were unsure, they suggested I write you for help. <br />The property is 220.5 ft x 170 ft. It contains her house (4439 Goodland Pk Rd) and a closed <br />former grocery store which was given an address of 4437 Goodland Pk Rd, an address not listed <br />in your system. It is Zoned B I . <br />Is it 1 parcel or is it divided? Do either of the survey plats apply? If neither is in effect, could <br />either be put into effect and if so how? Any and all information you can provide will be <br />appreciated. I will be glad to meet with you if it will help. <br />Note: The Alex Ely plat shows lots A, B, C and D. I think that survey was done to create Lot D <br />as a wedding present for my wife and I . Although we did not get married until Feb 1963, we <br />were given that lot, on which we built a house which has subsequently been sold twice. <br />Thank 'fop for your assistance. <br />Robert M.
