NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dane County Board of Adjustment will hold a Public <br />Hearing in Room #309 in the City -County Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Thursday, December 20, <br />2007 at 6:30 P.M. and a hearing will there be given to any person interested in any of the matters to be <br />heard. <br />1. Appeal 3510. Appeal by Donald & Debra Ponti for variances from minimum required lot width at <br />the building setback line and minimum required lot area for an existing substandard sewered lot in <br />the Shoreland District as provided by Sections 11.03(1) and 10.05(4), Dane County Code of <br />Ordinances, to permit proposed removal and replacement of single-family residence at 2192 <br />Colladay Point Drive being Lot 13, Colladay's Point, Section 23, Town of Dunn. <br />2. Appeal 3511. Appeal by Howard L. Appeal by Gregory & Betty Granberg (Karl Beckman, Beckman Builders LLC, <br />agent) for variances from minimum required lot width at the building setback line and minimum <br />required lot area for an existing substandard sewered lot in the Shoreland District as provided by <br />Sections 11.03(1) and 10.05(4), Dane County Code of Ordinances, to permit proposed <br />additions/alterations to existing single-family residence at 4419 Goodland Park Road, being part of <br />Block 3, Dunn Assessor's Plat No. 1 in the SE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 08, Town of Dunn. <br />6.
