Box 227 <br />Brooklyn, Wisconsin 53521 <br />Re: # 061006227306 & # 061006227404 <br />NW1/4 S6 T6N R10E <br />Town of Dunn <br />Dane County <br />Gentlepeople: <br />Upon further review, it is apparent that the subject land parcel, described as Lot 20, <br />FIRST ADDITION TO MEADOW VIEW, was properly divided by a warranty <br />deed recorded in Volume 741 of Deeds at Page 418, Dane County Registry (date of <br />recording 06/15/62). Both parcels are currently zoned A-1 Agriculture Exclusive, <br />and can be separately conveyed, at this time, without a certified survey map <br />approval, and without a change in zoning classification. The prior determination of <br />February 14, 2002 was a product of an attempt to quickly respond to an inquiry <br />identified as "ASAP."
