Koob <br />3146 Waucheta Trail <br />Madison, Wisconsin 53711 <br />Re: # 061005142613 <br />NE1/4 S5 T6N R10E <br />Town of Dunn <br />Dane County <br />Dear Mr. Koob: <br />Land Division Review <br />608/266-9086 <br />It is apparent that the subject land parcel, described in R1732/38, Dane County <br />Registry, was created as a separate legal entity without the required Dane County <br />certified survey map approval. A Dane County certified survey map approval will <br />be required in order to establish this parcel as a valid separate legal entity. <br />Compliance with S.11.03(1), Dane County Code of Ordinances will be required as a <br />condition of certified survey map approval.
