Swatek <br />2184 Skaalen Road <br />Stoughton, Wisconsin 53589 <br />RE: # 061134193502, # 061134193404 <br />NE1/4 S34 T6 R11E <br />Town of Pleasant Springs <br />Dane County <br />Dear Mr. Swatek: <br />Land Division Review <br />608/266-9086 <br />In response to your communication of 09/20/07, a search of the public record has <br />been completed for the purpose of providing the requested parcel status <br />determination. It is apparent that # 061134193502, described in D757/98, Dane <br />County Registry, was properly created as a separate legal entity prior to the <br />applicable effective date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations, and prior <br />to the effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of Pleasant <br />Springs. However, # 061134193404, described in R246/321, Dane County Registry, <br />was not created prior to the applicable effective date of the Dane County Land <br />Division Regulations, but does represent a valid merger of lands between contiguous <br />ownerships. Accordingly, the two descriptions combined establish a single legal <br />parcel of 1.859 acres.
