In order to correct this illegal parcel <br />status a Dane County certified survey map approval, together with a change in <br />zoning classification, will be required. <br />The current zoning of the subject parcel is A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive). <br />S.10.123(9)(c), Dane County Code of Ordinances provides " the keeping or raising <br />of livestock is not permitted on parcels in the A-1 Exclusive District which have an <br />area of less than 5 acres. <br />S.10.01(32), Dane County Code of Ordinances provides "no land included in any <br />street, highway or railroad right-of-way shall be included when computing lot <br />area." <br />Sincerely, <br />orbert Scribner, Land Division Review <br />cc: Donald P.
