It is apparent that the subject <br />parcel has been a separate legal entity since at least August 9, 1956 (note <br />652/593, Dane County Registry). Accordingly, the parcel can be separately <br />conveyed and utilized as a single family residence site, pursuant to <br />§10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances.
