Lot 3, Certified Survey Map # 3667 is a valid legal parcel of <br />record. <br />However, the zoning of this property (A-1 Agriculture Exclusive) was not <br />appropriate in 1981 when Certified Survey Map # 3667 was recorded. The <br />recording of Certified Survey Map # 3667 did not effectuate a change in zoning <br />classification for Lot 3. It is apparent that Zoning Petition # 6154 represented an <br />attempt to remedy this deficiency.
