My husband and I currently own two parcels of land (Parcel #046/0611-052- <br />8125-7 and #046/0611-052-8170-2) in the Pleasant Springs Township (Section 05, TO6N <br />R11E). Our home currently sits on Parcel #046/0611-052-8125-7. We were told to ask <br />you "Are these both legal parcels of land?" <br />Ultimately, we're interested in selling Parcel #046/0611-052-8125-7 and building a new <br />home on Parcel #046/0611-052-8170-2. We realize right now this parcel currently has no <br />road access to Pleasant View Hts. We're wondering if it can be rezoned to look similar <br />to our neighbor's two parcels (Rick and Milea McCutcheon)?
