<br />Fourth.—The party of the first part hereby leases the above described premises to the party of the second part, who hereby takes the same as
<br />tenant from said landlord, from the date hereof to the time herein agreed on for making the last payment of the purchase money for said land. The
<br />amounts above agreed to be paid for interest and taxes shall be the amounts to be paid as rent for the use and occupation of said premises, and they
<br />shall be payable at the time above agreed on for paying said interest and taxes respectively. But in case the respective payments of purchase money,
